For years the Patapon tribe has lived in the desolate frontier, driven from their home by the evil Zigoton army. Behind the Patapons' cute exterior, lies a fierce warrior spirit that can only be commanded by the beat of their God’s war drum. They wait for the day that the "Almighty" will return, to lead them against their enemies and bring them back to their homeland. Finally, their wait has come to an end as the drums of war are heard once again.

Patapon is really good. Its what I bort my PSP for. It is really good and looks nice. Sometimes it can be a bit hard (looking at you dessert stage). must be owned by PSPiers!

Fantastic game. If you're unsure about this game then hop onto the Playstation store (via usb connection to a pc or PS3) and download the free demo. This game is simple yet addictive. A game everyone can tap along to. Recommended.

A very unique experience that combines strategy gameplay with rhythm action gameplay. Leading an army to the beat of a drum may sound like a strange idea but it actually works remarkably really well and makes for an enjoyable game. The artstyle and sounds in the game add to the experience and at £19.99 this is probably one of the best games on PSP, and along with loco roco most definitely one of the most unique.
